By accessing or using the services of URUK Telecom, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Lawful and Fair Use

Services must be utilized strictly for lawful purposes under applicable Iraqi laws. Utilizing the network for DDoS attacks, unauthorized access (hacking), or unauthorized commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.

2. Service Quality & Maintenance

We strive to provide continuous 99.9% uptime across diversified upstream gateways. Maintenance windows will be announced when possible. URUK Telecom is not liable for outages caused by force majeure or international subsea/terrestrial cable cuts.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are renewed monthly through certified local agents. Speeds and allocations are delivered according to the agreed-upon package tiers.

4. Modifications

We reserve the right to amend these terms to match operational or regulatory standards. Updates take effect upon posting to this page.
